My laptop came with preinstalled windows 8 from hp. After buying it i tried to upgrade it to windows 8. Later at the the time of installing updates for Windows 8. Just after the restart I couldn’t enter anywhere. There is nothing but black screen. Not even any cursor point or anything. Its just too frustrating. Later after restarting many a times I entered the bios option and found the message. You will need to use the recovery tools on your installation media.
If you dont have any contact your administrator or pc manufacturer. This is so much disgusting. I dont see any way to have my files back. I do have a partition called Recovery : D.
